Creating space is a crucial and often overlooked element in life. It’s subtle and it’s often not given it’s due diligence. 

People can create space. In fact I’d say that as leaders, creating space in decision making is crucial to workplace success.

Allow for it. Require it. There is dense beauty there. Answers. It is heavily wrought with things you never knew. Seek it out like gold. Stand in it like summer rain. And then step aside and watch what shimmers out.
